After sales Service Engineer

Responsible for on-site installation, debugging, and delivery acceptance of equipment to ensure its normal operation. Provide training for customer operators on equipment usage, screen replacement, daily maintenance, and more. Handle customer repair reports, promptly diagnose and eliminate equipment mechanical and electrical faults.

Major in mechatronics, electrical automation or related fields, with a college degree or above, and more than 2 years of equipment after-sales experience. Can adapt to frequent business trips, possess good communication skills and customer service awareness.

Those who have a basic understanding of PLC and can read electrical schematics are preferred.
